I have managed the entire project life cycle, ensuring that customer deadlines were met within project budgets. My expertise lies in managing the complete architecture and development of products, from requirement gathering to the coordination with customers on cross-platform integration to achieve highest level of IT automation and orchestration. I am proficient in SaaS, IaaS, SaSE & process discovery to drive automation and create a robust foundation for operational performance improvement.

In my global role, I have excelled in remote infrastructure management and have extensive experience of working with top telecom companies including CenturyLink, AT&T, Verizon,  Level 3, ComClark & PLDT (Philippines), Reliance & AirTel (India).  Currently, I am focusing on digital transformation, and legacy infrastructure migrations, and leading Program and Product Management initiatives aimed at end-to-end IT automation for vendor partner boarding, augmenting business excellence with GenAI integration. I have extensive experience designing strategic changes in IT operations and developing end-to-end solutions by analyzing business processes and workflows.
